Paradise Hills Civic Association is an organization of and for residents of Paradise Hills.
PHCA members give our time to advocate for the best community experiences and amenities for Paradise Hills that New Mexico can offer. We are inspired to preserve the beauty surrounding us in our unique Middle Rio Grande Rift Valley and West Mesa Volcanic Escarpment.

Paradise Hills is a census-designated place (CDP) in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, United States. The population was 4,256 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Area and located in an unincorporated area of Bernalillo County.
